Abstract

|
목적: 본 연구는 직무스트레스와 직무만족도 관계에서 여가만족도의 조절효과를 확인하기 위해 시행되었다.
방법: 본 연구는 2014년 8월부터 9월까지 6개월 이상 교대근무를 경험한 간호사 292명을 대상으로 자료수집이 이루어졌고 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, 상관관계 분석, 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다
결과: 연구 결과 직무만족도는 직무스트레스(r=.-320, p<.001), 여가만족도(r=.317, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계를 보였고, 여가만족도는 직무스트레스와 직무만족도 관계에서 유의한 조절효과를 보였다(F=25.087, p<.001).
결론: 본 연구를 통해 여가만족도의 역할이 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났고 이것은 교대근무 간호사의 여가만족도가 높은 경우가 낮은 경우에 비해 같은 직무스트레스에도 불구하고 직무만족도는 더 높은 경향을 보이는 것이다. 그러므로 스트레스 상황에서의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 여가만족도를 높이기 위한 전략 수립이 필요할 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effect of leisure satisfaction on the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was performed with 292 nurses having experienced shift work at least for 6 months. Data were collected from August to September in 2014. Descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed.
Results: The study showed that job satisfaction was significantly correlated with job stress (r=.-320, p<.001) and leisure satisfaction (r=.317, p<.001). Leisure satisfaction had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction (F=25.087, p<.001).
Conclusion: This study concluded that the role of leisure satisfaction may moderate the relationship between the two. That is, the nurses who perceived higher satisfaction on their leisure life tend to have higher satisfaction to their job even in stress situation. Therefore, the strategies for improving leisure satisfaction are needed to increase job satisfaction in stressful conditions.
